The Annual Awards Luncheon enables the Sisters to Charity to honor those individuals from the Greater Boston and surrounding area who embody the qualities of the Congregation’s founder, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton. The goals of this exciting event are to raise funds for the ministry, healthcare and retirement needs of the Sisters of Charity, recognize, through the awards presentation, Sisters and lay people whose work and values are consonant with the life and spirit of Elizabeth Ann Seton and increase awareness of the Congregation’s legacy of service in the Boston area.

The Journey of Love Event

The Journey of Love event has taken many different forms including a tea, art show, lobster and clambake, and a wine tasting. No matter the form, the goal is always the same; all proceeds from the Journey of Love events benefit the healthcare and retirement needs of the Sisters residing at Mount St. Vincent, Wellesley. Sisters of Charity Golf Outing

Friends of the Sisters of Charity-Halifax participate each year in the Annual Golf Outing, for a day of relaxing golf, food, friends, and raffles. The Golf Outing gives participants a chance to mingle with Sisters while raising money for them.
   
Elizabeth Seton Award Luncheon

The 2010 Elizabeth Ann Seton Award recipients are Sister Catherine Donelan, SC, Msgr. Vincent Fullam, Roseanne Holtzman, and Eileen Oliver.

The event is always a lot of fun and is a chance for friends to see each other and the Sisters to meet our wonderful supporters. Proceeds raised go on to support the healthcare and retirement needs of the Sisters. Click here for more information.
