One of the many reasons people, regardless of age, gender or background, feel called to have an Associate relationship with the Sisters of Charity is a desire to deepen prayer life and to share faith.
"Being an Associate means that we continue our personal ministries with a deeper awareness of the charism of charity, of giving joyful witness to love."

| Associates are very involved in parish work as pastoral associates, religious eduction directors, liturgy directors, ministers of the Eucharist, youth directors, sacristans and members of Parish Councils, to name a few.
Many Associates facilitate prayer groups, set up scripture study groups, and speak to various groups about the charism.
Sisters and Associates find great support and inspiration as they pray, live, laugh, love and journey together.
