Sister Nancy Brown is a Pastoral Counsellor at Covenant House Vancouver. Covenant House is a crisis intervention centre and residence for homeless and runaway youth aged 16 - 24.
Elizabeth Seton Academy, Dorchester, MA
Elizabeth Seton Academy is a private Catholic all-women's college preparatory high school serving metropolitan Boston. The school opened in 2003 and admits women of all cultural, ethnic and religious traditions.

A number of Sisters are involved with Elizabeth Seton Academy, including Sisters Esther Plefka, Anne Fahey and Mary Anne Foster.

Elizabeth Seton Residence, at Mount Saint Vincent Wellesley, is owned and operated by the Sisters of Charity - Halifax. It is a non-profit, 84-bed skilled nursing facility which is open and welcoming to all, regardless of religion, race, color, sex, or national origin.
The Religious Formation Conference, Silver Spring, MD
Sister Phyllis Giroux is the Associate Director of the Religious Formation Conference, which originated in the 1950s. The Religious Formation Conference is a Roman Catholic organization serving both women's and men's religious institutes, primarily in the U.S. but also in other countries.
Seton Spirituality Centre, Terence Bay, NS
In a setting of natural beauty overlooking Terence Bay on Nova Scotia's Atlantic Coast, Seton Spirituality Centre provides a place of quiet and stillness conducive to prayer and reflection. Open to all, the Centre provides private and group retreats, spiritual direction and a variety of spiritual and personal growth and development programs. It is staffed by Sisters of Charity.


Single Parent Centre, Spryfield, NS
As part of the Home of the Guardian Angel, the Centre provides support to parents free of charge. Programs include computer use, prenatal classes, and support for new mothers and their babies. The Centre's contribution to the well-being of the parents and children and to the strengthening of family life in greater Halifax is unquestionable.


Pine Street Inn, Boston, MA
Pine Street Inn is a not-for-profit organization committed to men, women and children in need of shelter, sustenance, and the basic moral and material supports necessary to lead a dignified and stable life. It is the mission of the inn to be a community of respect and hope for each guest it serves; to be a resource through which neighbors and friends can help to meet the basic needs of others; and to serve as a national leader in the fight to end homelessness.

Seton Bicentennial - The year 2009 marks the 200th anniversary of Mother Seton’s founding of the Sisters of Charity in St. Joseph’s Valley, Emmitsburg, Maryland, when the community officially adopted the rule of Saints Vincent de Paul and Louise de Marillac on July 31, 1809.
