The annual Seton Award Luncheon, held in support of The Sisters of Charity – Halifax, raises both awareness of their work in the community and the necessary funds to continue supporting these projects across the province.
During the Luncheon, the Sisters present the Elizabeth Ann Seton Awards, in recognition of individuals who have demonstrated their outstanding dedication to others.
Awards will be given to individuals in Nova Scotia who personify the qualities of Elizabeth Ann Seton: one to a community member of any faith, and one to a young adult, aged 17 to 25.
